Charlene
Chief Operations Manager

Charlene is the Chief Operations Manager. She has been employed in dental office management for 30 years, including over 14 years of employment with Dr. Soto. Her responsibilities include personnel, resolving insurance problems, business development, and patient liaison. Charlene keeps the office together as a team to accomplish the office goals of providing excellent service and unsurpassed professional dentistry. Charlene has an extensive business and dental background. She attended Miami Dade Community College and completed management courses at Marcus Group Enterprises. Charlene likes to spend time with her daughter, granddaughter, and grandson that also live in Southern Florida. She enjoys traveling, card games, and outdoor activities.

Claudia
Office Manager

Claudia is our Office Manager. She has an extensive background in customer service and has worked for Dr. Soto for over 2 years. Claudia’s goal is to develop a great professional relationship with all of our patients. Claudia completed her management courses at Marcus Group Enterprises. She is a devoted Philadelphia Eagle’s fan.

Juanita
Head Dental Hygienist

“Nita” is the Director of Soft Tissue Management and Head Dental Hygienist. She has worked with Dr. Soto for over 11 years. Nita is dedicated to providing you with the most current techniques in dental hygiene to help you achieve optimum oral health. Nita graduated from Palm Beach Community College in 1976. She has 30 years of experience in dental hygiene. She is well qualified to be our Director of Soft Tissue Management, having completed extensive courses at Marcus Group Enterprises. Nita is certified in radiology, Brite Smile®, and the delivery of nitrous oxide.

Alicia
Dental Assistant

Alicia has been a Dental Assistant with Dr. Soto for over 5 years. She has worked in the dental field for over 33 years. Alicia graduated from the Karpel School of Dental Technologies. She is certified as a dental assistant, orthodontic assistant, and Invisalign® technician. She has received extensive training from Marcus Group Enterprises. A native of Manhattan, Alicia enjoys working out and spending time with her turtles.

Phyllis
Dental Assistant

Phyllis has been a Dental Assistant for 19 years. Phyllis earned her X-ray Certificate at the East Coast Dental Society and Certified Expanded Duties at Broward Community College. She is dedicated to staying current in her field and attends continuing education seminars. She enjoys helping people look good and feel good. Phyllis has many interests and hobbies. She is a Certified Hypnotist and previously owned a health food store. She enjoys computers, reading, gardening, going to the beach, and planning her daughter’s upcoming wedding.

Rebecca
Dental Assistant

Rebecca is a Dental Assistant. She is in charge of root canal treatment technologies. She attended school at Ramirez College and worked for many years at the School of Dental Surgeons and Odontology of Puerto Rico. Rebecca’s career has grown to include 10 years experience in Endodontics and 2 years experience in the field of Maxillofacial Surgery. Rebecca was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She moved to Florida in 1991. Rebecca is married and has 2 sons. She enjoys fishing, snorkeling, and boating. She is a huge fan of scary movies.
